The Public Profile is linked directly to your inventory, so you never have to worry about separately updating the works on your Public Profile or a website that you’ve embedded it on.
Integrate your website with Artwork Archive by placing a small snippet of code onto the page in which you want to display your art portfolio.
Your gallery will automatically update on your website from your Artwork Archive account when you mark your artworks as public—no coding necessary.
By activating your Public Profile, you also become part of the Artwork Archive Discovery network where collectors, buyers and art lovers of all types search for art.
Interested buyers can contact you directly through the "Contact the Artist" button and inquire about your artwork.
Plus, did you know that you can sell work through your Public Profile? Interested buyers can easily ask about a specific piece through the “Inquire About Piece” button.
Buyers can even start to set up a sale by sending you a "Purchase Request" for an artwork.
Once you have a buyer for a work, you can process the sale. Artwork Archive has the option for you to be paid directly for your sale with the PayPal integration on Artwork Archives invoices.
You can create and send an invoice and be paid directly through that invoice!

With Artwork Archive you are able to tie your expense records to a client within the database, gain insight into how much you are spending in certain categories, and get one-click expense reports with the expense tracking tool.
It’s easy to add a revenue or expense item in your Artwork Archive account. Just type in a short description, amount, and memo.
From the category drop-down menu, select the type of expense or revenue. If desired, record who the payment was for or from by selecting a current contact from the drop-down menu.
What's more? You can create reports of your revenue and expenses to help you prepare your taxes and build budgets.
